1/2 lb - Kiln Koffee Malt
1/2 lb - Chocolate Malt
3/4 lb - British Crystal 55 L Malt
1/4 lb - Black Patent Malt
2 oz - Willamette hops for 60 min

Yeast - WY1187

Mash @ 155 for 60 mins

 

Extract:

6 lbs - Light Malt Extract
1 lb - Flaked Oats
1/2 lb - Kiln Koffee Malt
1/2 lb - Chocolate Malt
1/2 lb - British Crystal 55 L Malt
1/4 lb - Black Patent Malt
2 oz - Willamette hops for 60 min
